East Lancashire Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge 1272 recently held their January meeting at Stanley House in Audenshaw. It was a low turnout due again to the Covid situation, but those in attendance had a good time just being amongst Mark brethren again. The business was conducted by the WM and his officers and all business was more “1272- The Jewel in the Crown”

Double Advancement for Ardwick
Wednesday, 26th January, Ardwick Mark Lodge No 1222 held their meeting at Stanley House, Audenshaw. This indeed was a special occasion as the lodge had 2 advancements this evening. 14 brethren were in attendance along with those from Semper Paratus Lodge No 852 who assisted with the ceremony.
The Worshipful Master, Anton Koropisz opened the Lodge at 6:35. The Lodge DC, more “Double Advancement for Ardwick”

What a great start to the year for William Romaine Calendar Mark Lodge No 136 with three advancements to complete this season.
In attendance were 17 members and 1 guest. The lodge was opened at 6:10 by the Worshipful Master Bro Arthur Woodall who was proclaimed for the ensuing year who then proceeded to invest his officers.
In attendance, on behalf of the Provincial Grand Master was WBro Phillip Price, PGStB, who was more “Three advancements to complete.”
First post lockdown advancement
Mossley Mark Lodge No 1381 held their first post lockdown advancement meeting on Monday, 10th January. Ably assisted by brethren of Semper Paratus Lodge of Instruction No 852.
In total 25 brethren were in attendance. The lodge was opened at 11:35 by WBro Paul Holt, IPM. The advancement ceremony of Bro Gregory Brett was conducted more “First post lockdown advancement”
