East Lancashire Mark Fellowship Cabaret Evening @ Holiday Inn

The Cabaret Evening this year will again be held at The Cloisters Suite, Holiday Inn, Bolton on Saturday,
17th November 2018. The tickets are £28 each and will include Dinner and Entertainment.

names of those attending.

Reception is at 6.30pm. and Dinner prompt at 7.30pm. with a Dress Code of Lounge Suits.
The Menu for the evening is:

Portobello Mushroom with goats cheese and sundried tomatoes on a bed of rocket
Shoulder of Lamb with New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables with Mint Gravy
(Vegetarian Option Filo Basket with Wild Mushrooms and Leeks, Cream Sauce and Cherry Tomatoes)
Normandy Apple Flan and Chantilly Cream

Please advise John Rimmer if the Vegetarian option or other dietary meal is required when booking.
A special rate of £72 for Bed and Breakfast has been agreed for overnight accommodation at the hotel. At the
present time the hotel has only been able to allocate, to those attending the event, thirty Double-Bedded rooms
and ten Twin-Bedded Rooms. It is essential therefore to book any rooms required early with the Booking
Reference ‘RAM’ to obtain the reduced price. The special rate will remain in force by the hotel until
1st October and then reviewed. Bookings for accommodation must be made direct with the hotel by telephone (01204 879988).

Brass At Christmas @ Bury Masonic Hall

William Romaine Callender Lodge 136 together with Lathom RAM Lodge 136 are pleased to announce their annual Xmas Brass Event as above.

Tottington Public Band will again provide the entertainment following a 4 course meal.

University of Manchester 1001 Sunday Luncheon @ Marriott Hotel

* buffet starters.
* a choice of two soups served at the table.
* carvery main course; there is always a fish and vegetarian option, and any other dietary requirements can be accommodated.
* dessert.
* cheese and biscuits.
* tea and coffee are included in the ticket price (but not drinks from the bar).

The Provincial Grand Master will be in attendance.
